The purpose of this website is to promote the exchange of information on the challenges of managing an employee benefit in today’s ever-changing environment.  While all employee benefit issues can be discussed, the primary focus will be on the requirements of health care reform.

It is our hope that employee benefit professionals as well as employers will share problems, ideas and potential solutions.  Most of the information will be on the legislative and regulatory requirements from Washington.  However another important aspect of health care reform is how the local providers are responding to these requirements.  While the intent is to focus on a free exchange of information, some information will be about local providers.  It is not our intent to promote any particular product offered by any insurance provider.  Since this site is sponsored from Albuquerque, New Mexico some information may be included on the plans available in New Mexico.
